All of the Primitive dolls (raggedies), Homespun gifts, Americana gifts and primitive decorations are handcrafted by my sister and I. We learned to sew and embroider from our grandmother.It took her hours to teach me as I am left handed .Without her this site would not be here.

Our Primitive dolls are made with tea and vanilla stained muslin and primitive homespun fabrics (unless otherwise stated). Some items are tea and vanilla stained more than others.

Our patterns are made and tested by us and are made with you in mind. There are so many talents out there that sometimes we just have to make someone else's pattern - when we do we will be giving them the recognition they so richly deserve. Each primitive doll has their own personality, no two are alike.

We are totally in love with the Primitive dolls with just a touch of whimsy - for that inner child in all of us.
